Refunds: Due to the unique characteristics of my products, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been processed. Please ensure you double check your order before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged upon delivery: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take a photo or video of the item and the packaging at the time of opening. Send the photo/video to the email below within 3 days of receiving the package. I will review the issue and assist with a replacement or refund if applicable.

 

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of purchase by emailing mysticforestcrochet@gmail.com. Cancellations made after 24hrs will be denied.
